1. Shipping Rates & Schedule

Malaysia

We provide free shipping within Malaysia. Your order(s) will be processed and dispatched to our courier partner in the next working days.

Under normal circumstances, you will be able to receive your package within 1-3 working days. During the peak period, please expect to receive your package in 4-6 working days. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. Our aim is to have your items shipped out from our warehouse as fast as possible except for some circumstances where unfortunately it is beyond our control such as shipping delays.

International

For all other international orders, the shipping rate varies according to weight for different countries and your order will be delivered in 7-14 working days. We will not be responsible for any delays to due customer clearance and all other international procedures. However, we will ensure that your product will be delivered safely. 2. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

3. Order(s) Tracking

Malaysia

A WhatsApp notification with the name of the courier service and the tracking number will be sent to the number provided upon transaction after the order is shipped.

International

An email notification with the name of the courier service and the tracking number will be sent to the email address provided upon transaction after the order is shipped.

4. Shipping Address Amendment
