2. Replace (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged which caused them to be unusable. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item for an exchange. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges beyond 7 days from the date of delivery.
3. Parcel lost/damaged during delivery
If the items are lost or damaged during delivery of items, please show us the proof and we will send a new item to replace the item that is lost/damaged.
